Playdough

You find a big blob of playdough stuck to the bottom of your shoe, or in this case, Papa's. Bummer for him, he actually has to go to work in the morning...

Robot CPR

When you start to do CPR on a toy robot after your preschooler throws it across the room at the playgym (thanks Anna O for noticing ;)). I blame this on my recent CPR class: for updated info on CPR go here.
(which by the way was where I was when I left the kids at home, with their Papa last week, while I was off listening to kids music in the car.

Shampoo

Your hair smells like "cowabunga conconut" because apparently "adult shampoo" didn't make it on the grocery list.

Goldfish

It's apparent you're a parent when you find goldfish remnants in all sorts of places, your purse, your grocery bag, your playroom couch cushions, everywhere really.

Car Music

It's apparent you're a parent when you get into the car and don't even notice it's Raffi (or Rymer, or King, or the mix tape kids music cd) playing until you are halfway to where you were going, on your own, with the kids at home with their Papa.
