It's apparent you're a parent when your sense of optimism about the world, your day, the weather etc. can't help but increase in the company of your children. Case in point, one little missy who chooses a "party skirt" ensemble of her own making complete with backwards shoes she put on herself and topped off with sunglasses on a rainy Monday.
Oh and some dance hands to go with.
